We are an apparel company located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We source Clothing and Accessories from around the world for your enjoyment.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in the original packaging. There will be a 10% restocking fee applied. Contact us if there is a problem upon receipt of your goods.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please contact us by email to receive the proper return address. Our merchandise is shipped from third-party warehouses in various locations, depending on your location. Please do not return to any address on the packaging. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package

Do not send your return until you receive the correct address.

if there are non-returnable items in order it will affect the processing times for your return.

You should only send your approved return to the address we have provided for you.

Custom orders are made specifically to the requests, measurements, etc. provided by the customer. That means no one else will be able to wear or use the item once it’s made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns or exchange on custom merchandise. Please double-check measurements, sizes, colours and any other details before ordering

Non-returnable items include:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record or digital product that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged or has missing parts for any reason is not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

about Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items are sold as final sales, with no refunds or returns.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zwickrr.com and send your item to: PO Box 47501 Hamilton RPO Center Mall, ON, L8H7S7, Canada. they should be unopened and in original packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Policy

Generally, we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. We do not guarantee delivery time on shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is processed and inspected.

We ship to most countries so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ships from the same location such as the United States, Europe, China, Australia etc… It may take anywhere from 7-15 business days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs, shipping and import regulations and procedures in your country.

Sometimes delivery times may be delayed by many unsteady factors like customs, shipping issues, flights, weather, and other unpredictable elements. Please be patient and you will receive the parcel in the best possible time.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
